How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential engineering, manufacturing, fleet, institutional or investment conversations, and maintain basic records of correspondence.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. We may share it with authorised JD Powertrain team members, advisers or service providers where needed to respond, assess a partnership opportunity or comply with applicable obligations.
